Reebok Easy Tone Workout
Okay, so here it is…Day #2 of my Reebok Easy Tone experiment. Today I decided to try a simple strength training workout in between clients. Check it out below!

Wonderful! I am looking very much forward to your daily blogs regarding these shoes. Very helpful for those of us who lack workout structure or can’t afford a trainer. Thanks, Nikol.
I’m thinking about getting a pair.. what’s the difference between those and the skechers ones? obviously you’d recommend reebok cuz it’s what you’ve tried and tested, but i’m just wondering incase anyone commenting knows..
Also, i have a question.. For a dancer taking an average of 3 classes a week (sometimes 4), how often should you weight train to supplement that (weight train = total body session, not a split session)
These ones look way better than the sketchers shoes. The sketchers have that big platform and they aren’t very attractive.
